2013.
The biggest year of my blogging life, which started in 2009. Wait. Let’s not downplay things. It has been the biggest year of My Life! When I say, My Life, I am excluding my kids, my partner, and my family. It means Simply ME.
Let’s take a few minutes to take noteĀ what were the most read of my postings this year. I have never done this before. Truth to tell, myGloryBox has never received this much web traffic and hits since 2009! So allow me to brag a bit š
Here are the TOP posts for 2013 based on views.
Rachel Khoo’s Sexy Quiche Lorraine ~ I wrote down Rachel’s recipe because nowhere in the web can I find it. She posted her video on YouTube, yet not the recipe. If you don’t know her, follow this link. Her UK show is syndicated globally, and a lot of viewers are wanting to cook her very simple quiche! Thanks to this post, my blog is receiving traffic fromĀ everywhere. Brilliant. Now I need to find a similar post, quick!
What is Glory Box? ~ I am surprised that some of the views came from Google search! Maybe they heard Portishead sing Glory Box, who knows?
Celebrating my friendship with Leah ~ I miss her right now!
“So How Was Your Weekend?” ~ This both amuses and surprises me. A lot of people actually do not know how to respond correctly to this every day question. I’d hazard a guess that migrants to first world countries are the ones googling this.
Selective Journey #1: When your child takes an important test ~ Ahh. Readers will be Aussie mums in search of information.
TOP Posts from May, the merry month of daily blogging.
Day Sixteen | Migo’s Diagnosis ~ this story pulled some heart strings.
Day One | Sharing My Passion for Writing ~ the day when my writing burst OPEN! The day when I faced my fear of “sharing“, and went around it. Fear is still there, but I now know how to numb it!
Day Seven | Angels on Earth ~ the first time I opened my heart in a big way about the realities we face everyday in caring for our special needs children.
If you are in the mood for a reading marathon, my Archive is here. You will find individual write-ups towards the bottom of the page.
Now, it’s my turn to tell you what my most favourite post is. It’s not easy. Each one of them is like a child, and I nurture all of them. Let’s be honest, we all have favourites, and I get to share my pick with you. It isĀ this.
Goodnight!
I know that it’s not everyone’s cup of tea; it’s kinda depressing and sexy and weird all at the same time :P. This is precisely why I LOVE Beth Gibbons and her Glory Box!
